1. Find your perfect property
Firstly, find the right property! Either access our portfolio of properties or give us a call and we can give you our prices and arrange viewing times.
2. Secure with a deposit
If you settle on a property and would like to secure it a holding deposit is required, which forms part of the security deposit. After this you will receive the relevant documentation regarding rent.
3. Credit check
A credit check is also required from the prospective tenants, with correct information provided. After this a lease signing will be arranged.
4. Signing your lease
Photographic ID and proof of current address will be required at lease signing. Additionally, a full month of rent and deposit must be paid.
5. Moving date
Prior to moving in you will be given full tenant information, a record of contents and condition, as well as keys for each leaseholder and instruction for future payment.
6. Your tenancy duration
If you have any issues during your tenancy don’t hesitate to contact Empire. Any queries or issues you may have will be resolved as quickly and efficiently in best possible manner. Any maintenance issues can be resolved by contacting the maintenance team.
7. Ending your tenancy
In order to end your tenancy you must notify us in advance, after which we will send you information regarding the termination procedure and the date and time of it. Furthermore, a flat inspection will take place which tenants are advised to attend.
