Once you’ve found a property you like, you’ll need to pay a holding deposit to secure it. This forms part of the security deposit.
Before you sign the lease and can move in, we’ll need to perform a credit check.
Photographic ID and proof of current address is required at the lease signing. A full month of rent and deposit must also be paid.
Just before your moving date, you’ll be given all the necessary tenancy documents, with keys to the property.
Any issues during your tenancy, don’t hesitate to contact Empire. We have a dedicated maintenance team, and aim for a quick and efficient resolution.
To end your tenancy, you’ll need to give us advance notice. We’ll then be able to send you information on the termination procedure and confirm your moving out date. A property inspection will also take place.
